Majestic presence

Clear days are rare for us this time of year, 

So we rejoice when the mountain emerges — 

Even if only for an hour or two — 

From her ever present blanket of clouds 

And lift a toast (just coffee or orange juice) 

To celebrate her majestic and grounding 

Presence in our lives.
