Fails to show the snow that’s blowing
Horizontally across its face.
Appearances — especially this time of year —
Can often prove deceptive:
Apparent calm and goodwill may mask
Strong underlying storms of emotion.
Be kind. Forgive. Be generous in your thoughts
And try to assume folks act with best intentions.
