Hold lightly

Let us hold ourselves as lightly 

As these branches cradle the moon,

 Carrying that light that rises from within 

Gently into the world, 

Trusting that, though it waxes and wanes,

 Its source remains ever constant and true;

 Shared, universal, yet uniquely our own.
