Mid-morning, and all nature
Dozes peacefully in the sun:
Even the waves are still, as if to listen.
We, on the other hand, awash in lists
And plowing through the day’s to-dos,
Are probably at our busiest.
While nature’s growing hay,
We’re busy making it...
