This is the work:
To find, and keep, and breathe into our center,
That what wisdom lives in that still space
May find its subtle way into the world
And light a path to truth others might follow.
Stay calm and breathe;
Keep finding your way back to what you know,
Deep in your heart, and let it emanate:
Breathe deep, breathe out the light,
And breathe again. We _can_ make a difference.
