Light in every cell

Mary Oliver tells us 

Of the light at the center of every cell, 

That which keeps us moving forward; 

Which lifts the simplest endeavors up 

And carries us when we lose our way; 

Which connects us, each to each, 

And fuels our compassion for the other. 

Call on that light, and breathe it: 

Breathe it in to refresh your soul, 

Then breathe it out to help heal the world.
