We used to have a sign that read,
“You can’t control the wind,
But you can adjust your sails.”
I think of this now,
As the same loud wind
That kept us awake last night
Becomes a recreational opportunity
For someone else this morning.
How, I wonder, might we adjust our sails
To deal with the coming storm?
