Troubling times

I love the whimsy of this friendly acorn, 

And thought I’d share today, 

Thinking you might need a smile — 

Especially if you’re planning to fly somewhere 

And are worried that your flight 

 Might be canceled, 

Or if you’re worried that your next meal 

Might be canceled, 

Or that your health insurance 

Might have to be canceled. 

In these troubling times, 

We need all the smiles we can get…
