I've had this post on my mind for days, and I just wanted to write to let you know how much it meant to me. <br />I love the idea of thinking of our emotional resiliency as being related to whether we are at high or low tide. I recognize this to be very true in my own life, and this image is such a powerful way for me to check in with myself about my current state AND to give myself more grace about wherever I do find myself. <br />Thank you so much for sharing!
